Wiman fixed blade it is the only fixed blade I have ever seen. . Art Wiman was an Arkansas knife maker from 1966 into the early 1980s. He taught one of the best knife makers this nation has ever known to make knives. Jimmy Lile. Art Wiman is now deceased.
