strange single piece tool made and marked Zwillingswerk Solingen Germany - tool has a flat screwdriver point, cap lifter and can opener or punch? The leather sheath is attached by a rivet to the tool and it only slips out about halfway to use.

Actually there is no place for a key chain to attach this too. The middle does have an area cut out for the leather work to slide in and out, so maybe you could attach it there but it would be awkward. Seems kind of odd but I figure it was made for the lady's purse since it has a nice leather slip sheath.
