"Not that Zombies aren't lovely and socially relevant people! No offense! Definitely an admirer of Rob's work! I see that I am way out of my cinematic depth here, so... Ducking out for the night. Peace"

"Yes, Knife Zombies.  And Rob Zombies, like the guy who drew my avatar.  Some regular zombies, to be sure.  And a few really fast zombies, like in 28 Days Later.  And backdrop zombies, like in The Walking Dead.  And maybe…"

Hello all, nice to be here!

I've been into knives since I was 6 yrs old. ow I'm about 70! I have had a bladesmith shop/blacksmith shop once, sold a few. Collected many, used many. Since the stimulus check, I have 'collected' a few that I couldn't afford in... less trying times.

My heart is into huge, store display folders, you know, with a 4 inch pen blade.

And coke bottle/swell centers (now that i can afford a few) are a particular area of interest/focus, especially since i loaded up on a few specials when no one else was interested. We all know how that goes, no?

I also have a nice little collection of Spanish navajas, from Spain (of all places!). Very few places in the USA to find a navaja for sale.

One thing that I have to say that might be 'misunderstood'; these days, with all the beautiful, pristine, running the gamut of price points up to my point of ridiculously diminishing returns, around $400.

Funny thing is, with all the beautiful 'defensive' knives, from custom navajas, and through the list, for serious defensive purposes (warrior must carry his blade ;)) there's nothing like my Cold Steel xl Espada in G10!

I never have had the need to open it in public (legal here in Cali), but for the day to day crap work of slicing tape and cardboard and paper and string, etc... I use my silly inexpensive heavy all stainless "cool"  Tac Force skellington knife! The rest get fondled (fidgited) with the artistry being appreciated. Would I pay more for a steel that can cut something 2x more before being resharpened? No problem as long as I can buy the knife for under $40.!

Unless the knives come out at night, while I sleep, and do a (damn) Disney thing...

Perhaps I digress, anyway, nice to be here. If I can ever figure out how to take pix with the cell phone that my son gave me, I'll post some. I do have a few...

With Love

Brad
