- Native Texan. Semi-retired after 40+ years in commercial real estate within property management and asset management. Am still modestly collecting knives and also selectively dividing my collection into 4 parts for eventually passing the collection on to my 2 sons and 2 grandsons.

- Can't hunt and fish enough. Like to walleye fish in northwest Ontario and for salmon in B.C.
