Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I have looked around and I can not find one knife club that has had a knife maker, make their club knives. There very well may be some but I can't find them. This should make our knives this year kinda rare.

September is almost here, along with the due date for this years knives. I am starting to get excited, this will be my third, one.

I want to thank Miss Jan and the staff for their hard work, in getting this years knife project, completed. Also, to everyone that added their opinions on what type knife, we should have. We can start debating again soon, for next years knife....lol

If anyone has any thoughts or info about this years knife, please use this Blog to express them.

Thanks for the update, Jan. It always makes it easier to wait when we are kept in the loop. I am really excited about this knife. Can't wait to listen to it walk and talk.

Thanks once again. The waiting time, always makes things more exciting. A great effort has been made for these knives, I hope everyone understands. Let's just enjoy them.

I just got off the phone with Jeff.  The first package will mail to me on the 23rd of this month and the second package will be mailed on the 30th to me.  The reason for the separate packages is concern that in one package 50 handmade knifes could be lost in the mail

To be fair, I will mail when I have them all in hand.  I already have the boxes and labels on them, ready to go.  There will be no delay!  I am just as anxious for you all to have them as you are to get them LOL (I want mine too!!)

Thank you all, for your participation, your patience, your enthusiasm and your support!

@ROBERT.. if you like barhead knives you probably dig shadows.{no bolsters} .. i especially do with all the different pearls -i have a straight razor with 5 inches of MOP scales for each handle.. BLING BLING..shadow model like most..some straights do have bolsters..OFF TOPIC-sorry.but it spats out when it does!..LOL!

Thanks Peter, yes to me a Barehead, you get to enjoy more of the handle material. These knives should be fairly rare. We are lucky to have one of our own club members, build the knife. I said this before "this is the only club knife I know of that is handmade by an individual  knife maker". A Thread, just for this knife, sounds good to me. Great idea!
