I have found a company that mostly sells knives but also sold sheaths. Their name is "Vintage Knives", you just type in their name and search to find them. The sheaths they offer are less expensive than most, but still all leather.

A Custom leatherworks that has done custom work for me is a company call just that, "Custom Leatherworks", The owners name is Scott L. McInnis. His contact info; P.O. Box 52904....Shreveport, La. .....71135......Phone # 318 797-8901.   The [318] area code may have changed to [337], I'm not sure. Scott, does great work, also makes custom gun holsters. I'll keep looking. Good luck, with your project. I love knife and gun projects.
