frank if you go to smokey mountain knife works--smkw--they have blank steel blades that you can order for very little money. they also have the stuff like wood to make the handles and paper liners.they also have knife kits for very little money.you can go to jantz knife supply they have every thing you need to make a knife and you can get it all for around 30 to 40 dollars.....
