About Me: Long-time collector. Honorary member of Knifemakers' Guild. Prefer custom fighters with Sambar stag and other natural handle materials.

Interests: I enjoy attending knife shows and meeting the various makers, face to face. Have collected signatures of makers in Knives annuals for years.

Other Hobbies: Shooting, collecting firearms.

I share your appreciation for the Sambar stag - I do have a nice set of Sambar handled steak knives - but they're only considered a good fighting knife when the steaks are tough. I am a real sucker for Ram's horn and the materials that Wayne Morgan uses on his knives.

Anyway - we're glad you're here. Feel free to knock around a bit and ask questions if you have them. Always someone handy to respond!
