I can't wait for you to share what you know...I am always looking to grow my knowledge base and understanding of knives - their uses, individual histories, and the stories that go with them.

I also like cooking - particularly foods that allow me to use any of my knives I have in my collection. There's a sub-group slash thread I stated some time back called Steak & Knives that you may be interested in. It's somewhat tongue in cheek - but fun. Feel free to check it out, and if it scratches an a cooking itch for you - feel free to contribute to it!
