John, call me when you can.  If the lightning ik ng stops I can get online with you and walk you through it.  It is different and not awesome but it is what we have and what NING will support

Once it says you are connected (sorry, missed that) then it should expand the right window (even though it doesn't seem you can do anything with it) and also expand the left window that will have Main Room at the top. If you click on the Main Room in the title bar, it *should* list a ton of folks. The ones with the little Green Dot on their profile pics *should* be online. However, I am unsure if online means just on the site, or actually signed into Chat.

When you click on the little Gear in the bottom of the chat window, does it say Connected or Disconnected?

I sign in, Then go to chat with the little box in the bottom right corner and click Connect as I always have but the box doesn't open for me. It says I am online but I cant see anyone in the chat room and I cant see any text. The little box no longer opens like it used to. Is anyone else having these issues? I cannot see or participate in the chat room.

NING has forced us to use a new Chat program, John. We have no choice in the matter. What issues are you having exactly?
