Actually my favorite SAKs are the different alox models. As an example of the colors I attach a pic of my farmers. Actually I have 4 colors.

My Farmer family has a new member. The Victorinox Farmer orange. It's a special run with orange scales. It has no advertising on it. More photos on my Alox Album.

Hi Wayne! I think I also have the Pioneer Settler, two blade. Can you tell me how old this knife can be? I bought it at a knife auction for a few bucks, mint, and love the look and feel of it. I could not find the same one on the net??

Actually that photo does not show a Pioneer Settler but rather it is a Pioneer Apprentice. That model has been around for awhile but it is not that old. The small blade is an electrician's blade.

I love alox SAKs
Coloured ones are a bit hard to come by here in Greece.Only the natural Alox is the ones we usually find.
Fell in love with them years ago when i found original surplus ones from the Dutch army in a surplus shop.
Beautiful unused with theserial number and issue year stamped on th e handle
Most of them were issued in 1987+1988
carry one in my pocket ever since.
