Great to have you here Frank!  Looking forward to your posts.

Hello all! Brand new here, and having a look about. I must say the format of this forum is quite unusual. I like it, I'm sure I'll get used to it soon. Lots of great information here. P

Good to have you with us pmew!  Chat button is at the top of the page, if you have any questions or just feel like saying hi, drop on in

Welcome pmew!

Welcome pmew. I'm new around here also, but I quickly found this is a great bunch of people. If you want to learn about knives, this is the place.

Doug is right about this being the place to learn. I asked a question a few months ago about different knife patterns and was amazed at the knowledge some of the folds have. It's interesting sometimes to learn a bit about the history of how today's knives became what they are. Or, some of the knife companies and knife makers intentionally stick to the tried and true knife patterns that have proven themselves for many years.

Hello all, from The Great Midwest.

We were discussing a knife he had for sale on eBay and iKnifeCollector was recommended by one of your members another Jerry. It's going to take some time to get my bearings patience is the word for the day.

I collect Camillus #72s and their clones but I accumulate just about anything with a sharp edge, preference given to other Camillus patterns, Schatt & Morgan, Kershaw, a few Bucks, Great Eastern and just about anything with a Wharncliffe blade.

A wharncliff and accumulating sharp things..hmm.  i am sensing the beginning of a sharp friendship!

Hi Jerry, welcome here.  I believe I've talked with you in other forums before, I'm glad you found your way here also.

That's quite possible Carl. I've posted on several forums, not all knife forums.

Hi, new guy from upstate New York here.
