I'll say.... # 1445 Half Ton
Close, but that is not it. The Half Ton is a slightly modified version of this knife.

Another clue is that his is not a mainstream Kershaw knife but one they made and branded for someone else. The clue is in the engraving on the clip.
This a Kershaw knife that was made for the Snap-On tool Company (Note the pocket clip shaped like a wrench). If I remember right it was called the "Chubby"...I sure don't know/remember the model number.
Correct Brad! You know your Kershaw! It is indeed the Kersahw 1440C Chubby (Cammo). It also came in red - Kershaw 1440 Chubby (Red). The Snap-on models were made in Japan. After the run with Snap-On ended it seems Kershaw modified it a bit keeping the wrench shaped clip and called it the Half Ton. The country of origin now China. Both are nice, but I have to say I love my Chubbies. (keep your minds out of the gutter)

For those of you who are interested, here are some of the subtle visual differences between the Chubby and the Half Ton
