Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

We are the old knife collectors here, right? We are the ones who truly appreciate vintage knives, so show us the oldest favorite knife you got.
A little info about it would be helpful too.

If you need help figuring out how to load a picture in your post, give me a hollar.

probably one of my most valuable knives , brought home from WW2 by my father

a Type 100 Japanese paratrooper bayonet. I've always liked this.

I can see why it would be a favorite.  Not only for the sentimental value but it is in great shape!

Nice pair

thanks, here's another one I just picked up, a bit worn , but wanted one for ages: the 16" version dated and the cut down next to it, again not  knives per say but American through and through !

I know this is a modern repro , but love it all the same. A copy of an old d guard knife, ( don't think I could ever afford an original knife) but its a beast!

Here are a couple of Holley folders I recently added to my collection.

A nice old Cattaraugus folder:

New favorite old knife to me.  I just aquired this one, an original Remington bullet knife.  It is model 1253, a lockback that was reputed to be Al Capone's favorite.  It is near mint in condition.
