Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Good morning everyone,

I thought with thanksgiving upon us it would be nice to share some of our favorite stories of thanks.  So everyone join in and share some spirit.  We wont limit this one to knife stories but a good knife story will always make any of us smile :).

I am also thankful for 7 beautiful grand children
10 years ago I had my thanksgiving dinner in the hospital after having surgery. So dinner at home has always meant a lot to me.
Frank,

Thanks for posting. Hope your dinner this year is at home and wonderful. I myself am in Delaware and missing being home with Donnie today. I do hope that all our fellow collectors here enjoy their day
I'm thankful for the continual blessings the Lord gives me and my family, each day of each year.

Praying all have a great Thanksgiving full of many good memories to share for years to come.
GOD Bless guys

Thank you for sharing with us. Looks like we are blessed on here with a true knife family. I love the part about folks who always do the right thing even if it is not the popular thing. Over the years I have found that knife folks seem have a larger population of people that will follow that path than most industrys. It has been one of the reasons I try to encourage younger collectors to get involved with the knife community. My two year old grand daughter loves to sit with Donnie when he is working with his knives. Our last trip togeather he was using his hone and she brought him a plastic knife and said, me too papa. Always makes me proud to be a part of GEC when I see Ken Daniels at a show. For those of you that have not read this posting here, check it out A. G. Russell's Knife Event 2010 The date on it is august 7th 2010. Fred Kemp had a wonderful experience at that show
