Happy birthday, John! I hope you picked up a new knife or two! (It just so happens that today is my wife's birthday as well -- we're having family time in front of the TV watching her favorite show "Dancing With The Stars" as I write this.) Which means it's already October 13th for you... So I hope it was a great day!
thanks, i have been collecting for 8-10 years and i have most of the knives i was aiming to get when i started and i'm still going and i have quite a few that weren't on the collection list maybe 6-700, but that's okay at least i'm not spending money on drugs or alcohol and that is grat my girlfriend thinks-she was married to an alcoholic for 11 years so yeah we are doing great she even buys me knives for gifts holidays and birthdays, my favorites are really old knives and war relics-knives, i have a couple of pal r.h. knives one a rh-36 has a theater altered handle i have a japanese type 30 bayonet that looks like it was never used still has all the bluing on it and many more i hope to share. thanks again
Hi John, thanks for the greeting. I've learned a lot from reading various forums over the years, but this is my first participation; I look forward to being part of the conversation.
Take care, Jim
