hi denise.  as for as posting pictures, go up to the top of the page and you will see multiple options to pick.  mid way is the option, my page, pick this tab.  your page will open, and another tab for photos will be an option.  pick photos.  hit browse, and search for your pics on your computer.  after a bit of trial and error, you will be a pro at it.
