Alexander, great to have you here! I don't have much of a chef knife collection, & haven't yet purchased a Nakiri, but I'm definitely interested in them. And I'm also a fan of flat grinds because they're so great for cooking & food prep. It'd be great to hear your thoughts on kitchen blades! Welcome, & Happy National Knife Day!
