Welcome, Ron!  Like Lars, I'm also curious about the types of knives you collect (or aspire to collect -- oo, what would you're grail knife be?).  I'm more into contemporary knives, but there are a lot of people here into older knives -- definitely feel free to ask questions, look around, check out the photos, join some groups, etc.  Good to have you here!

So you're rather new to knife collecting....nice! Is there a particular style or brand you collect, or are you like so many of us and collect everything sharp and pointy? 

No matter - there's lots here for you....feel free to explore, join some groups, ask lots of questions - someone is always ready to assist if needed. 

Do take the time to read up on how to post photos and such - all very helpful.
