Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

We currently have 41 members in the Buck Knives Group. I was wondering how many of us are BCCI (Buck Collectors Club Inc.) members are in the group. I just joined earlier this year (Lifetime Member #1972). If so when did you join and what is your member number? Are you a Lifetime Member or an Annual Member?

Have you purchased any of the previous years' Club Knives? Will you be getting this year's Club Knife?
Have any of you ever been to the BCCI meetings or gatherings?

If you are NOT a member, would you consider joining in the future, or do you think it's just not for you?

I am a life member, #1253. I have been a member of the BCCI for 6 years. I have a few of the yearly club knives and a few of the fund raiser knives. I have never been to any of the club events. I am waiting for the September BCCI news letter to get here so I can see what is new and if there are any new knives for sale.

Sunil, I know you recently joined, how has your experience been? I probably would consider it. I am really interested in the Buck brand. Like I posted elsewhere I really do have an interest in the new recycled material product they are putting out. It is actually a groundbreaking idea and I am not aware of anyone else who has taken that approach.

The only other thing that would concern me about the club is cost. Is it expensive and are their requirements to purchase?

Sunil

Welcome and enjoy the Buck Knives. I am also a life member, recently retired as treasurer of the club. I still keep involved with the Buck Yellowhorse knives. David Yellowhorse has made 7 Annual Editions exclusively for the club and it has been a great honor to work with him gathering information on his past editions. Meeting Chuck Buck and the other family and club members just enhances the club. The club will be displaying at the Gator Knife show in Lakeland, Florida ( hopefully sunny, but it is indoors ) January 28-30, 2011. Members will have displays and club merchandise available, Come visit and join the club.

Hello All! I'm Clint Meier BCCI LM 1209...I first joined the BCCI at the Blade show in Alanta in 2007 and become a life member in 2009.Buck's are the only knives I collect and the 112 is what I display  and enjoy  the most.I was lucky that I focused on one model right from the start because even tho I have only been collecting a few years I have decent and interesting  collection of rare/odd/1 of 1/prototype that  I have had a huge  amount of fun putting together...I've been to Alanta 3 times and to the recent SMKW get together  and have been a part of the BCCI group  at the 'Gator' show here in Florida since 2008. I have about 6 or 7 club knives and am currently displaying close to 50 112's. Buck really supports the BCCI and I have a blast being a part of the Buck family.
I have been a member for about 4 years and was able to get to the 25th Aniv. event in Post Falls, Id. I own about 35 Bucks now but now I have settled on the 102 Woodsman for my pattern. No club knives yet and I plan on going Lifetime this year.
I don't want to rush time too much! It was the 20th anniv. gathering That I was at and not the 25th. Sorry for the mix-up. JP
