The double opposing Fan symbol It is early Fan Brand... for the main blade in etch were made back in the 1960's
The Eye symbol on the Tang only are from the 1970's
The single Eye symbol on the main blade in an etch, with one Eye Symbol on the Tang & sometimes one Eye Symbol on the Banner shield is from the 1980's
