Rich, your comment about losing Case knives hits home with me. I EDC a Case Mini Blackhorn. It is the second one I bought. I lost the first one! So I bought another to replace it. Then I lost the second one. So I bought a Case Calliber to replace it. Two weeks after I lost the second Blackhorn, I was walking back to my truck after deer hunting. I saw a knife laying on the ground. It was my second Blackhorn! To make it even more amazing, the area where I lost it had been bush hogged after I lost the knife. And it wasn't damaged. It is in my pocket right now and the Caliber is put up as a backup.
