Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I was just thinking of a way to promote our club, a little, and thought how about a knife contest that does just that. We could have a small give away to anyone promoting the club, by pictures or words. Then draw the winner for Thanksgiving.

I'll donate the knife. It will be fun, the more you promote the club, the more chances you get. What do ya'll think? We need to spark things up. Get the membership, excited. It will be Turkey Time, before we know it.

Please, let me know, ya'll thoughts.

Prizes, will be mailed to Miss Jan, next week so she can post up some pictures. There's one real surprise for you Survivalist out there. I won't say anymore, just start promoting IKC.

All good, Promotion is where they can make it. Just show us. I love it, let's make it happen.

Pics and links, I suppose would be best. I think our fantastic members will come up with some really nifty ideas!

We sure can find a front and center spot for it.  As a matter of fact this is going to be our November contest!  So how are we going to do this?  If they promote the site somewhere they just put a link in the discussion for us all to see?  What if it is done not online?  Do they just put in a pic showing us what they have done?

Lets make this happen, I know I am excited!

Great idea. I'm for it, a special promotion. The wonders that our members could come up with. Yahoo! Let's get fired up. Sorta like a football game...lol

Why any particular group, Robert? If it is a contest to promote the site as a whole, I'm sure some space can be found somewhere on the main page to put it. (Pending Jan's approval, of course) I think it's an awesome idea. Lots of creative folks here...a contest to see who can come up with effective and unique ideas to promote the site would be quite cool!

Now...how many cans of spray paint would I need to paint iKnifeCollector.com down both sides of my truck, and on the tailgate...*wanders off pondering*

I like the Idea to. What group to put it in, that is the question? A group everyone uses. Maybe the Box full of Knives Group. Ya'll thoughts, please?
