Those scales look cool, Dennis.

Awesome.

I gotta say ... had I not perused this thread, I would not have known about this great little knife.  I only have one other whittler, and that is a Northwoods Norfolk.  Me thinks it might be joined by another (or more) of these!!

More is better Dennis, remember that!! I love this frame, with the master blade open it is an impressive looking tool.

Dennis that pony is awesome!

Every time I see a new post, here, I know my heart will skip a beat or three, Dennis.

As a user, the Seahorse is one of the most comfortable to use.

I feel like Golum...

That looks great Dennis! I have been thinking about getting one of those but with the plain smooth olive. Might have to get the Tortoise too.

Verdict is in.  My daughter approves!  Thanks all for turning me on to this one through your wonderful photos and write-ups.

Syd:  I meant to mention ref the mark on your main blade.  I have had EXCELLENT results removing such marks (as long as you can't feel them) using a dremel with a polishing wheel and some of Mother's Mag and Aluminum Wheel polish.   I like it better than Flitz.  I have yet to meet a mark like that which didn't disappear (hope I didn't just jinx myself!).  Oh ... and yes.  I have another seahorse inbound ... but I am not going to mention which yet (other than it is a 2010).

Here are photos of the "mystery scratch" on my Case Seahorse

I'll give that a try Dennis, I have a Dremel and I have a buffing wheel, time to get some Mother's polish. That scratch is deep enough to feel with a fingernail so hopefully the technique will still work; I'll let you know.

Here is the new one I hinted about above.  I must admit, I don't know much about Case ... but, I believe this one is the 2010 SHOT show exclusive.  Covers are goldenrod jigged bone.  It immediately caught my eye while I was looking at others to add to the collection.
