The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
First, let me tell you this story is true. It all starts last fall when my wife decided to take one of my squirrel dogs for a little outing in my woods that ajoins my house. On that particular afternoon, she took out one of my favorite dogs, "Sally". They went for a leisurely walk down the trails that adorn my wooded property. After a while, my wife decided to take a break and sit down on one of our many sitting benches for a little rest. Well, Sally was running up and down the trails and checking in now and then, with my wife. On one ocassion, my wife told Sally, "go get me a squirrel". Well guest what? In a few miniutes, Sally showed up with a big ole fox squirrel. My wife was really amazed and could not believe that Sally had caught a squirrel and brought it to her. A squirrel dog is supposed to just chase a squirrel up a tree not catch them. This is very rare. Before we go any futher, I want you to know once again this is a true story. Well the next day, my wife took Sally for a little run in my woods, just like the day before. Once again, she told Sally to "go get a squirrel". Sally, took off and was hunting hard as she usually does. Then, all of a sudden, here came Sally with a "flying squirrel". I am now convinced, Sally can "Fly". I will consider all arguments, but I am convinced. My dog can "Fly"! Enjoy your dogs, everyone.

Sally certainly soars to new heights in the category of "go get". I will be interested in hearing what the rest of dog lovers think
