Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

HERES HOPING THAT GIVEAWAY HAS GOTTEN YOUR ATTENTION.

Every year Dennis Hibar offers a special knife for the Christmas contest. This year is no different, but he seems to have many irons in the fire this year that he has asked me to just run a contest for the knife he has chosen.

The blade is 2.875” with a flat grind and made from 1084.  Despite its small size, it’s a stout blade … a hair over .2 inches thick with a distal taper.  Handle is made from some nice-looking Koa and feels great in hand.  Alan Davis also makes his own sheaths.

So how do you win this one you ask?

*****Only membership requirement is that you are a member of months for a minimum of 6 months. Also it is US shipping only

Next you have 2 ways to enter the contest and you may enter each way one time.

#1 Order the 2026 iKC Calendar.  If you have already ordered you are entered.

#2 Come to the contest page and tell us what knife you use the most!

Winner will be announced in the Wed Night Chat on December 10,2025. Good Luck Everyone and once again Thank you Dennis for the generosity and fun

I had to look up the 495...   I like it.   :)  S30V blade steel?

I have a 535 and a 15031 at the moment.

Yep, S30V, I have sent the knife in for service, the assist spring needed to be replaced, fast service and it came back sharpened.

My favorite knife is this Benchmade Anthem my wife gave me, many years ago, for my birthday.  I saw it at a gun shop, and she secretly purchased it and presented it to me.  Over the years, I have had many compliments on this knife.  It just goes to show you, that something does not have to be new to be important and cherished.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all members.

Lee

Getting close! Winner will be announced this coming Wednesday after the weekly chat

You can win with just one entry but double your odds! Get that second entry

Thank you so much for the offer of a chance to win this custom made knife. To be honest with everyone!  I don't collect the Custom knives. I just don't have that type of $$$$  in my knife collecting Budget. So this knife will be much more cared for by a Custom knife collector. I also never but 1 time  anything people were giving away. That was years ago back in the 1970's i won a Jim Decanter of Whiskey. I don't know what happened to it. Can't believe i drank Jim Bean as I was a Southern Comfort Drinker and then Johnny Walker Black label  drinker before I quit. Now the knife I tote most is one a guy gave me when i bought a Case Classic knife from him. It is a little old well used blades grown down 6227 delrin dotted case.pictured and the knife i gave the guy $85.00 for was a Case Classic Yellow Bone Cheetah. Good luck to all that enter and i do hope some one receives that Pretty Custom Knife who will appreciate it. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU KNIFE COLLECTING FOLKS.
