Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Hello SAK fan,
Actually my favorite SAKs are the different alox models. As an example of the colors I attach a pic of my farmers. Actually I have 4 colors.

See more colored alox pics in my album.

Do you also have alox SAKs, perhaps in other colors?
Please show me them.

The Standard Issue was at one time issued to the Swiss Army, hence the name.  Stranely Enough the SI that was issued to the Swiss Army lacked the bail and only had a lanyard hole.  The Civilian Version was given the bail.  As mine is just hanging from a hook in the Cutlery Cavern I've opted to keep the bail.  If I was carrying it, I'd probably remove the bail or add a lanyard.  As much as I like bails, they are a serious design flaw.  They should be at the top of the knife.  This would eliminate the possibility of blade nicks.

Martin...
Ah, yes! Tiny individually...but, VERY LARGE as a group! And, oh! Those colors! All of those beautifully colored alox scales shimmering kaleidoscopically like an ocean of magnificence! Oh, how grand it would be, Martin! *nudge nudge ~ wink wink*
One day...yes...one day, perhaps?

OMG!! I love that orange farmer you have. Is it Swiss Bianco? I do not think it is Victorinox, is it? I have lots and lots of alox saks and here are some of them. All SOLO, the African Series

Pioneers and a soldier

Very cool, Andreas!

84mm Elinox and Victoria
Who wouldn't like those Oldies???

You know, I always forget the 84mm Alox Cadet!  For the most part, I get more day yo day use from the nail file than I do the punch on the 93mm Pioneer!

If only Victorinox would start putting scissors on the 84mm knives again!

Very nice collection!!!

The orange farmer with orange shield is a Victorinox assembled Swissbianco release.

Speaking of SwissBianco exclusive, here's my USA splash filework alox rambler. I think is a 2013 release.
It's a very special run: every sak features a "USA splash anodizing" plus a handmade filework on the back of the blade.
Another SB exclusive is on the way: i just picked up a moonlight silver soldier. I'll post picture when i'll get it.

Excellent and another on the way!

That is a great looking knife, Adriano

Cant believe my eyes
