Just got this today! It still has the factory smutt on it but it's a 5347 DAM Damascus Blade Stag... Tomorow it will look like a museum piece.

I just bought it. The Stockman 5347DAM Stag Damascus. I have a 1995 one that i got in a lot purchase of the knives taken by the airport security in the days after 9/11. They sat on these bags of knives in Columbia SC Airpot until last year. I thought I had really waisted some money because they were damp, rusty, some damaged by a forklift but there were a couple of dozen I worked on and are nice colletion pieces. The 1995 Pattern is just like this new Case Stag Damascus 2009 Stockman. The new one looks great, good stag handles, and good looking damascus blades. But it's really specail because of the sister knife I spoke about above.

this is the one and only Case knife that i own so far. they are expensive as you all know, and this one i got as a present! i like the Trappers!

My favorite Case knife is the Pocket Hunter. It's small and fits in the pocket well.
