Ah, Manx beat me to it! 

Before I was into throwing knives, I saw one of those Hibben throwers being chucked around the mess hall kitchen by Steven Seagal in "Under Siege", and I thought, "Yeah, I want a knife that can handle food prep, throwing into a cutting board nailed to the wall, & occasional sentry removal tasks!  Does such a knife really exist?!?"

No.  The answer, simply, is no.
