I do not know enough about them.  You may want to try asking our folks in the Bowie Buddy Group

Alex, most of what I can research is limited to some early American Bowies or Sheffield made Bowies. Not currently finding anything on this particular one but I will keep checking.

The word Hirschkrone means "deer crown"

I have seen ones similar to this and they were called "Bowie Short Swords" An odd combination of the names but appropriate.
