I saw in eBay recently. that RAREST W.R. Case & Sons, Tested XX... 'MOP" .....Hobo. It cost us $2,000.00 start bid.... wow..

yea.. I cannot believe what a beaut MOP but HOBO???? I never seen rare MOP on that hobo.

What do you think it lost in collectability by cleaning? I collect vintage Hobo's and I don't clean them, I do add a protective lubricant. I wonder if they have a picture of it before cleaning.
