Just curious if the Linda Karst Stone Limited addition hand scrimshaw Case knives are much of an investment? On occasion, She has some that are limited to 10 knives and done by her personally. While on the same topic, does anyone know how many limited runs of 10 she has done as Halloween versions? If so what years?

Thanks much !

i know of this one, its more of a thanksgiving type knife though  http://www.ebay.com/itm/Case-XX-2011-Halloween-Cornucopia-Persimmon... and one other that she did that was limited to 10. from what i recall, retail cost on the link i posted was 250....and it's been sitting for a while at 400....so i cant speak to whether it would be a good investment really. when i find then other knife i'm thinking of of hers i will post it

here is the other one, this one is this year and was limited to ten knives as well

C hecking with my friends at Shep Hills. Maybe they will have an answer!  Its a good question though!

Thanks Steve, I'll be happy to see what you can find out!

You will get a charge out of this, the first question they asked me was"you mean for all time?" Ha! Well lets see if they can find that answer.

That last reply from your contact at case seemed really "not with it" how could anyone be employed there and leave a reply like that? At minimum he should have put you in touch with a knowledgable person. You were right I certainly got a laugh out of it. I hope you can find out more. Thanks again and hope all is well :)

OK Lou  2010 Made a qty of 10 of one scene Item # 901026 Jack

2011 made a qty of 10 ofmone scene Item # 9523 HWLWN11, skull and black cat trapper

2012 made a qtynofn10each of 2 different scenes,

Item #9523HH Haunted house trapper and. Item #9523Moon, moon trapper

2013 no item numbers found for 2013

2014 made a qty of 10of one scene, Item #9523GR14

Hope that helps a little many thanks to those folks at Shep Hills and to Linda herself! It seems nothing was completed or done in 2013 or at least no item number found. So at least for Halloween Production for 2013 no knives were produced. Would like to know if anyone else knows of others she produced in 2013?

lou were you only wanting the ones that were limited to ten? because she has other "limited" knives that were done in numbers of 100 n/s stuff like her regular scrimsaw halloween knives and her new series of zombie knives which is now up to series 2

Hi everyone! I was looking to obtain the Halloween models limited to 10. I would also be happy to obtain any of her other wildlife models limited to 10 also. Most recently I received the Mallard duck which was one of 10, so if I could get any other versions it would kick off my knife collection. I'm looking for your help my friends!

wow those are all fantastic
