Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Last Friday went on a 6 knife buying spree at some area antique stores-- What better way to spend some of your IRS refund?? I have showed the other 5 in different posts- Here is the last one- It is an advertising knife for the Illinois Centennial 1818-1918. The only blade stamp is USA on the main blade- I paid $10 for it-- As Don Adams ( AKA secret agent Maxwell Smart  of the old Get Smart TV series might say)  about the last Centennial celebration, " Missed it by this much !!"  LOL- Hopefully I will be around for the next one in a couple of years--BTW, I have an old Remington advertising knife, and they were obviously made by the same company-- Almost identical in every way, except for the graphics.
