Dont wait just get it. You wont have any regrets. I suggest u do urself 1 better and go for the Aegis. Hands down the best edc knife ive ever bought.
I use a SOG Power Assist Utility Pocket Knife for my beater blade/handy work. And for Self protection I use the Cold Steel Double Agent II, on occasian I take my Benchmade Balisong model 47 out for fun since I just love that thing.

i just ordered the m16 it should be comeing soon
case trapper yellow handle CV
i carry a BM Grip that ive been carrying for about a year now
You guys might laugh a little at me...but I mainly carry a BM Rukus and a Swisstool (shoulda kept my leatherman...)

Though I've been starting to carry my Spec Bump and Flash 2.

I'm going to have to agree with everyone that the Flash 2 is pretty much the best EDC you'll every get or need. It's super light, decent steel, and good ergonomics. That and for a EDC job you won't be prying open doors and stuff so really no need for those "heavy duty" folders. Speaking of which, I should really stop carrying my Rukus... problem is that it just disappears once I slip it in my pocket. Oh well.

I did use to carry my Grip but this is what happened to it....

Dude, What did you do to it? Lol.
I'm currently carrying a Spyderco Delica 4 and a Leatherman Wave, Wave soon to be replaced by the smaller, lighter yet still capable Leatherman S2 Juice.
Emerson UTCOM CQC-11 (primary)= rt. front pocket
Benchmade 710 McHenry/Williams= left front pocket
Spyderco Civilian = rt. cargo pocket
Leatherman Juice S2 = left side belt
HideAwayKnife (Straight edge) = around neck Lanyard/bikini sheath

This is not counting my Glock 22, Glock 23 (both .40S&W), (2) spare 15-rnd mags, Surefire 9P w/GG&G TID, iPhone,wallet ,keys,etc....
you got the most badass edc j.t.
Been carrying my new RAT-1 for a few days now, so far I'm extremely happy with it. Though the people at work are looking at me like a nut again. Probably cause the blade is really shiny and a lot bigger then my old EDC. Lol.
Lately I have been rotating three knives; Case chestnut CV Trapperlock, Case red CV Slim line Trapper and a Victorinox Spartan that I put bocote scales on. The Victorinox is gone now, I just gave it to my brother. He liked it and I only had maybe $10.00 in it plus my time. I really like long thin blades like the Slim line Trapper has. They work great for slicing fruit and light cutting, which is all I really use a pocket knife for anyways.
