Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

We have a great group "EDC Club" and has a lot of good topics, but no place really to post your EDC. And you have to be a member of that club to post on that group. I have been using a couple of posts in that group for my EDC's but does not relate to the topic.

SO - how about an ongoing Discussion with pictures of what you are carrying today?.

What are your favorite EDC's?   What is your EDC lineup?

This will be for all IKC members, not just members of the EDC group.

So Post those Everyday Carrys and show us what you are carrying today.

Nice Case, I  carry alot of my Case knives, I really like the CV blades the best. The sheepfoot blade is the most used on the stockmans I carry and then the clip , and occasionally the spey blade.

Great Thread, I am an electrician and I use my knife multiple times a day!!  Goes back and forth between my old gun show find Boker Stockman, to my new Boker Copperhead.  The Copperhead lays better in my pocket, but I just love the character of the old stockman!!!!

Brian, that little Boker Copperhead is a real beauty! I love the jigging on that well-aged-looking bone handle!

Ricky, well said and I agree with you. I enjoy a knife that I can carry and use more than one that just sits in my collection.

I think it is cool that you guys carry a large number of the knives in your collection. As a beginner collector , I have struggled with carrying my knives or not. I am not looking for them as a way to make money, and feel like the best way to enjoy them is to carry them once in while. I will be selective about what some of the nicer  knives cut though. I would love to hear some of your thoughts on this.

A good knife will be a good knife whether you use it or not. I carry 2, just because. One is always a heavy duty user and the other just because I don't like letting a knife sit "un-carried". So at any given time I may have $20-$500 worth of knives in my pocket. The "pocket-jewelry" will be used for letter opening and such light duty things, but the HD will get some real work done. Choose well and your knives will serve you well and you will enjoy your knives much more.

i carrying a remington bush pilot today, great knife.

Brian, do you ever use a TL=29?

Brad, I hear you,  but if I have a high dollar knife in my collection, there is something telling me don't use that knife. I only have 7-8 like that, I want to carry them but I am afraid I'll scratch them. Get over it Ken.

John, I have a bush pilot also, but its in the Rem year knife collection so I don't use it. They aren't high dollar - about $50 knives, but its a collection - i have from 1988-2000, and don't use any of them, maybe I should start.

ricky, i have a thing for the CASE STOCKMAN sheepfoot blade as well!

hey ken i have an entire collection of tl-29 knives myself... ones marked tl-29 and others that arent. i also have a few what you would call knives that really serve no purpose other then to collect now.. i have a few fleam knives for bleeding. {only 2} i have a bunch of pruners as well-which i have used. also i collct TIMBER SCRIBES... havent marked much timber lately!...LOL!... yet i love em!... one of the best things with tl-29 knives is taking out the screwdriver blade and rehandling and you have one mean single blade jack!

also KEN..i would leave collctions like that alone... if you were to carry one and not so much use it but lose it!...ugh!

Thanks Peter, good advice. I have 5-6 TL-29's, I am not an electrician but I sure enjoy carrying them, they make excellent farm knives.

No i have never owned one.
