Thanks to Alex this is a 25CM or 9 3/4" Frosolone Italian switchblade that I was able to trade him out of. I just recently had it restored with a new set of Brazilian horn scales. Theses knives were made around 1920s-1930s. From what I found out this maybe the only known example in this size with the "Di Iorio" stamp which means Brothers . The blade is unsharpened . It has steel liners and pins and brass guards, button and safety. So many thanks to Alex for helping be able to own such a rare and Beautiful knife.
