Just got my hands on this beauty. It still works too. The original markings are still there, though worn a bit, but wow!

That is sweet! Is it an automatic or is that button on the handle just a locking mechanism? The blade looks full, like it's never been sharpened. What's the back-story on this knife -- how did you come upon it?

What a unique find. I am impressed.

Hi Wes, What an awesome knife! You usually see them with either the "Flylock" etch or no etch at all. It's pretty cool to see it wih just the "Stainless Steel " etching. Probably a late production knife when they were cutting costs to keep their heads above water. Let me know should you ever decide to part with it.

That's a nice one for sure!  I love the stainless steel etching and in good shape too.  What's the handle material can you tell?

So, Gang- I'm going to a knife and gun show this weekend in Slidell, LA. I think I'll take this Flylock with me, but I don't have the book on these guys to give me a ballpark value. Can anyone help me out with that?

Hey, Alex--

I am in fact looking to part with this Flylock. As I mentioned in the above discussion, I'm thinking about taking it to a show if I can find out what it's worth, or are you actually interested in it?

Hey Wes did you actually sell your Flylock at the show??  Or do you still have it?
