My iKC Gepetto Whittler still gets its share of carry.

When I carry GEC's I like to carry my #72 Tidioute in Frontier bone (I think it's Frontier). I also have a Tidioute Courthouse Whittler 620311 in a red bone and a Scagel (made by GEC) single blade trapper 48 frame in smooth bone that both get a little pocket time once in awhile. I need to set my pocket slip on top of the dresser so I carry them more - I tend not to carry a knife because my knife and my keys compete for the same pocket and I'd hate to scratch any knives up! Will try to post a pic or two if I can.

I really like the green bone on your Conductor Whittler. Is that a 3 blade knife? I have a few of the 2 blade #33's I think. I waited and waited for a 3 blade model when I was an avid GEC collector but they didn't make them until after I had to quit collecting due to lack of funds. Age old problem, too many knives - too little money!!! Thanks for posting!

Yes, it is a three blade split-back :)

I love to see a pic of your 62 Courthouse Whittler. Been looking for one of those. GEC needs to make that pattern again. Been awhile.

Geppetto Whittler is a great split-back pattern. What are the covers on the iKC one?

Very nice Sir. Thanks for sharing.

When I am carrying a GEC, it tends to look just exactly like JJ's LOL

DO ONE OF YOU WANT TO SELL ONE OF THOSE 2012 CLUB KNIVES?SOME ONE LEFT ME A MESSAGE,AND I CAN NOT FIND OUT WHO IT WAS.THANKS   PS.I HAVE BEEN PACKING A SINGLE SPEAR LONG PULL GEC BOYS KNIFE WITH RED JIG BONE COVERS AND A NORTHFIELD 85 NATURAL LINEN MICARTA COVERS.YOU ALL HAVE A NICE DAY.  STEVE

I answered someone's post on this topic. I wasn't sure which knife the 2012 knife was and now that I see pics of it I realize that I don't have that year's knife. I do have a 72 lockback with a spear blade in a satin finish similar to a Tidioute (no swedge) and it's done in brown bone. I thought that it might've been the 2012 knife but it must've been an older iKC annual knife. Sorry for any confusion created on my part....Good Luck!

Hey Tim,

Sorry that it took so long to post these pictures. These are most of my EDC GEC's. The stag Scagel doesn't get much pocket time. I have a few old Case/other knives that I like to carry too. Was sad to find a pin crack in the bone handle of the big #23 on the left. Wouldn't have expected that in such a new knife.... I need to do a better job keeping the pepper spots at bay with Ren Wax and the like...!
