Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Hey y’all I have just joined this group and website, I am 12 years old and love to collect knives, guns, gold, ww2 memorabilia and much more. I have many folding knives but I wanted to get into otf’s please send your recommendations. I would prefer the price range of anything below 200. Have a great day:)

Matthew out-the-front knives or auto OTF? If it is autos, Benchmade is an excellent brand. Most likely over the $200 limit. Microtech are expensive as well. So, Boker, Schrade and Smith and Wesson. The S&W and Schrade are made by the same company. The knives are made in China and refitted for the auto.

OTF knives are fun and provide some grins and giggles. As a practical carry knife they are not my first auto choice. In fact I carry a Case single blade Trapper with pocket clip. Good luck with your collection. As far as auto knives, be sure of your State laws before carrying. Likely at your age it would not be legal.

I might just get a microtech even though it’s a little over my price range. Thank you for the recommendations.

Your are welcome. You can come here to this site for information about knives. Our group is very experienced and knowledgeable.
