Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Yesterday got the .30-06 out and went hunting.  Not deer hunting, but coyote hunting.  Took my caller, got in one of my shooting houses, and started calling.  Called for about ten or twelve minutes and out came a coyote.  It was a 75 yard shot.  Put the crosshairs  on him and squeezed the trigger.  One dead coyote!

Unfortunately didn't take a camera with me.  Must not have really believed I would get one!  Did take pictures with my phone.  Now if I can figure out how to get them out.

I think you have to Email yourself the pictures, then move them here.

With the help of my daughter (how come an electrical engineer has to have help from his daughter to get pictures out of his phone?), I got the pictures into my computer.  Anyway here they are.

Here is a better pic of my deer/coyote rifle.  New England Firearms Handi Rifle in .30-06 topped with a Nikon Buckmasters 3-9x40 scope.

i have one in 223,love it.my groundhog gun.

Yes, I was just looking at this one and saw your response on Latest critter pics. But have you ever shot a black one? How often do you see black ones around?

I haven't shot a black one.  I have gotten several pictures of black ones.  In fact got two black ones in one picture.

Hahahahaha.  Charles, I have found that it ain't easy talkin to engineers.  They already know everything, and will tell you so if you have a different opinion, LOL.  Most wouldn't admit that their daughter helped them with technology.  Anyway, great stuff, guns, scopes and coyotes.

That was really a neat video Charles

Well, I guess I will have to admit that I don't know everything.  The one thing I don't know is how to get pictures out of my phone! LOL

My favorite position for a coyote, laying lifeless on the ground! Those thieving varmints try to eat the goat kids and harass the dogs all night with their howling!

I agree, Steve. A coyote is one animal, I can do with out.
