Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I am a hot sauce addict! My favorite is generally Tabasco. But there are others that I like too. Gunshot Sauce I love, though it isn't really hot....even their "Hot" one. But it has great taste, and can use it for marinade, BBQ sauce, everything. I also have been trying out Ole Smokey Tennessee Moonshine Hot Sause. Once again not really hot to me, but very good. I always use Tabasco as the baseline for hotness.

Do you have a favorite?

I burned some taste buds here at work with my Peach Reaper sauce. I can only handle a little bit of it at a time, the heat is intense.

The "Ghost Pepper".  I've heard you shouldn't eat it if you have a heart condition and if you don't have a heart condition you will after eating it.

Anyone try hot sauce made with Bhut Jolokia? It's the hottest pepper in the world - 855,000 heat units on the scoville scale! Tabasco is 2,500–5,000.

Anyone buy from thses guys?

I will challenge the Bhut Jolokia with the Ghost pepper.. It's over 1 million heat units.. Not for the timid!!!! when I had my BBq restaurant I doctored my sauce with either Dave's Insanity  or Endorphin Rush. Both are hot extracts with just heat. Add them to your sauce to inhance taste.

Long years ago, when Dave's Insanity first came out, fellow in Savannah gave me a spoon to try it.   Worst mistake I ever made, but I bought a bottle though.

I have a bottle of Pepper extract for those foolish enough to want something hotter than what the Carolina Reapers can dish out. 357 magnum - 5 million scoville units. I've used once.

Got these and made this hot sauce.
