OK. stop this bragging now...face the fact that none of you are going to get to 5000+ knives, from raw material to finished product, in one day, or even one year. So stop the whining and show us some of your creations, and I hight show you what we make........

if i were to use blanks i could do 8- 10 in 9 hrs a day fileworked and all,no problem

Maybe three knives a day for me if the blades are prepared and polished etc.

Bill, I'm at a knife factory. We have the capacity to make 12000 knives in a 8 hour shift, but not quite the quality of the 6 that you make. Making 6 handmade knives in 16 hours takes some doing in my books.
