Knifemaker between Nashville and Birmingham?

I have a set of antlers from a deer I killed this past deer season. I would like to have the handle of a fixed blade knive made from them or replace the scales on a folder. Does anyone know of someone, say between Nashville and Birmingham, that could do that for me?
