You won't find the 1982 Bullet for anywhere near that price now. I've been looking for one for a good price and they are going for between 5 and 6 hundred dollars. Nice looking knife, Gus.

This is the Remington 1982 Bullet R1123 Trapper with 2 blades. A  long Spey 3 5/8 inch and a Muskrat 3 5/8 inch. It has a single bolster, nickel silver, blade end. The handle is made of Delrin, imitation jib bone. This was the first of the Remington Annual Bullet Knives. It was made for them by Camillus, but sold by Remington for that year only. It was intended to help sales of their model 4 and 6 rifles. If you bought one of those rifles you could purchase one of these knives for $29.95. Most of them were sold without rifles for $39.95. This is a very close copy of the original R1123 except that it had stainless steel blades and Delrin handles.

i have a couple of remington knives they are really nice knives here is one i recently bought for my collection it has a tool to adjust your choke on your shot gun...

I am not a big Remington collector as much as I like really cool old knives, but I thought you all might enjoy the pictures of my R38.

Did some one ask about a RH38 and a RH40 the 38 Blade length is 8" and overall 12 1/2" The RH40 blade length is 10 " and overall 14 1/2" . I have a RH 34 which is a little smaller like a dummy sold a RH38 about 3 years ago here is the picture of the RH34

I have a few new reproduction knives and one or two older production, not in the greatest of shape but love them.
