Favorite Kind of Knives
Have a vast array of tastes. Not limited to any specific brand or country of origins. Although I tend to stay away from the Chinese made knifes. Mostly due to the lack of interest from buyers if I choose to re-sell them. If I like a knife and get can get a good deal on it I would by a knife made in China. Personally the Chinese knifes that I have seem to be built exceptionally well. With the blades having a nice sharp edge. Steel is 440. I must say this leaves me with the conclusion that American made knifes are a bit over priced. I do believe that some are taking advantage of us Americans that believe strongly in buying made in the USA products.
