Scaled in: Old Indian Sambar Stag 13.5cm
Solid (not hollow) Nickel Silver Hardware: Bolsters, Button, Oval Shield, and Safety
Stainless Steel Blades:
Button Side Mirror Polished Bayonet Blade 11.5cm, Tang Lasered with Renzo Pascotto's Logo, Backside Lasered 10/15
Oval Shield Side: Mirror Polished Swedge Blade 11cm Lasered with 2013
Brass Liners Both are "D" Stamped and Numbered 10 with Fully Lined Brass Guards and Pins

Hi Ron,
Please visit the links that I provided you can find more information on the knife. It took Luico three months to come up with a final working design and finished product. He designed several prototypes before it work properly. After it was completed Renzo hand cut each component and assembled each one. This is truly an engineering marvel by Lucio and a masterpiece by Renzo. I know I am very fortunate to have this beautiful knife in my collection one of 15 I can't believe how lucky I am.
Not everyone appreciates this knife as you do. You're kind of like this knife 1 in 15.

I am in awe of the of anyone who is, first, capable of designing such a complex piece. And, then, possesses the skills and ability to execute such a design.

As I'm sure you know, you are truly fortunate to own such a unique and beautiful knife. Thank you so much for sharing your photographs and taking the time to provide such a detailed description. I know that I have enjoyed looking at it, and I'm sure that others will appreciate it, as well.

Hi Ron,

Renzo Pascotto has been making knives since 1959. He's in his 70's now and going strong. I love his workmanship. I have a few of his knives and they are some of my most prized knives. He an Lucio team up to make some of the most amazing knives.
