@ Tyson .. you have no idea how refreshing it is to have someone identify this as pattern welding .. as opposed to some of the more popular descriptors .......

Thats really neat... They sure know how to pattern weld over there. I order Japanese blue steel sometimes. It took over a month to get last time, but it's worth it.
