I never met Mr. Parker but I received the Parker KCS Catalogs for several years, I talked to him & dealt for knives at times on the phone over the years  He was always honest and a straight shooter with me.  I myself am one of those that appreciate what he did in reviving many of the old patterns & having the CASE CLASSICS produced.  I know some people have other opinions, these are mine.

Ditto on the Memorial & as you said Ron,

 R.I.P. Mr Parker.

Some loved the man. Some not so much. Regardless of how anyone feels about the late Mr. Jim Parker his contributions to our passion are indisputable. I'm happy to see that SMKW has a memorial wall dedicated to Jim. I do some business with his son Buzz from time to time. He has always done right by me.
