Spyderco's Tenacious model has received good reviews as a high-value knife. While I have one, I have to admit that it didn't ring my bell as much as it did for other folks. That said, I recently picked up it's smaller sibling, the Persistence. Essentially, it is a slightly shrunken version of the Tenacious. Oddly, I prefer this version over it's somewhat larger brother. The build quality seems slightly better and it's more compact size makes it a better EDC option. I still feel that the blade is a little broad, but overall, I like this knife.

Only a few blades do far, but I do like them.
