Got this very nice peril knife to day at a estate sale the mark says: prov cut co, prov RI, USA
if any one knows something about this knife please let my know.

Tristan, I also found this.

 Brothers Dominick and Anthony Paolantonio had immigrated from Italy in 1910 and worked for Empire until 1917. At that time they started the Providence Cutlery Company, making skeleton knives.
